Love Protects
Love Protects wraps up with Anna Gibbs story. She was the strong, hardworking young woman that Elias and Patience count as their reason for surviving their years at Lennhurst. Sure that God hadn’t a reason to protect her from a harsh life, she takes a bold leap and marries an unknown young man that’s struggling to raise his younger siblings. Little does he know; his greatest challenge will be in protecting her.
Not to give too much away- all three characters are at Lennhurst for very disconcerting reasons. Oh, troubled pasts. Each one of them has a chance to see the power of God bring change, wholeness, and future to their lives. Each one has to choose when to believe and have faith and when to quit self reliance and let go. (can you relate?) But that thread of love, love of God, love of a man or woman, love of family, friends; how it has the power to lead us, change us, convert us, and save us.
