Ok, fun story. One of my BFFs had a lovely bridal shower for her daughter, Kirsten. I'm sitting at a stunning table at an amazing venue playing the shower games. The gal to my right (A bridesmaid) is such a kick. She is trying to win each game with any crazed- logic she can think of. She had me laughing and soon I found myself talking and getting to know her. Now I have a side-motive, she would make a perfect Ava. My luck played out (not in winning any games)but she is local and available! The ever-fun Meredith Ball is on the cover as Ava. This was a real acting job for her to look so serious.

The next FUN-FUN-FUN- is the boy on the cover is my grandson Leonidas. I paid him well. A large box of one of those multi-packs of cereal.

And my neighbor's husky made her acting debut as Samson. I’m a bad neighbor-I didn’t get the dog anything.

The theme of The Station Keepers Surrender surrounds decisions. We only make hundreds of them a day. Every human has made good ones and poor ones and the tough stuff of life is what do our decisions try to tell us. Ava was plagued with her poor decisions trying to define her. I think her story is so real and relatable. His mercies are new every morning. Thank God for His faithfulness. Every poor decision can be redeemed, and every lesson learned is for a greater purpose. Another heart-hug, happy-ending showing us the possibilities.
